Let’s start with a dietetic cherry pie :)

Let’s start with this low calories cake perfect for breakfast, without butter and oil.
I baked it this morning and I have to admit it is really yummy. 
It is really easy and it does not take a lot of time to prepare, so I absolutely have to share its recipe with you 😉

The ingredients are:
3 eggs
250gr of flour
200gr of sugar
125gr of cherry yogurt
70ml of milk
1 packet of baking powder
500gr of cherries in syrup

Methods:
Start by slicing the cherries and arranging them on the baking pan covered by foil.
Preheat oven to 180°C.
For the cake, beat in the eggs and the sugar until light, pale and fluffy.
Now add the yogurt, the flour, the milk and finally the baking powder mixing with a spoon until you get an omogeneus mixture and pour on the cherries.
Bake the cake in a convection oven for 40 miutes, the cover with foil and cook for further 15 minutes. Remember to cool the cake  in the tin before turning into out.
