It is Friday afternoon and it is the perfect time to bake. These coconut biscuits are delicious, low calories and they are ready in 10 minutes. You just need 200g of coconut flour, 150g of sugar and two eggs.
After mixing eggs and sugar you will get a bloated mixture and at this point you can add the coconut flour.
Bake them at 180°C for 15 minutes and enjoy your biscuits with a cup of tea 😉
