Satisfy your dessert tooth with this easy and yummy recipe! It’s perfect for a cold saturday afternoon 🙂
- 180 g of dark chocolate, broken into squares
- 2 spoons of cocoa powder
- 125g of butter
- 150g of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 100g of flour
- ½ tsp of baking powder
- 60g of nuts
Preheat the oven to 180C. Grease a 20cm/8in round sandwich tin and line the base with baking parchment.
Melt the butter on low and then add the dark chocolate and the cocoa powder mixing all together. Leave to cool slightly.
Beat the eggs with sugar, add the flour, the melted chocolate mixture and the nuts.
Pour the mixture into the prepared tin and bake for 30 minutes. Leave to cool in the tin before turning out onto a wire rack.
To serve, cut the brownies into squares and serve with a scoop of ice cream
