Chocolate muffins for breakfast πŸ˜

It is Saturday morning, it is cold outside and to warm my wake up I decided to mix the darkness of chocolate with the sweetness of the whipped cream. And here you are the chocolate muffins with a quick frosting of whipped cream!


Ingredients:

  • 125g of flour
  • 25g of Coco powder
  • 1tsp baking powder 
  • 1 egg
  • 60g of sugar
  • 100ml of milk

Methods:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C 
  2. Mix the egg,milk and sugar 
  3. Add the flour and the cocoa powder and mix until combined
  4. Spoon the mixture into the 6 cake cases and put the tray in the oven at 180C for 15 minutes until set
  5. Once muffins are done leave them to stand for 15 mins then cover with sweet whipped cream
