It’s a long time I promise to bake the Oreo cheesecake..and so here it is perfect for an autumn sunday morning to enjoy with family and friends.
It is easy to prepare, you have just to consider that it needs at least 4 hours of refrigeration.
Here you are the recipe!
42 Oreo biscuits (3 packs)
200g of cool whipped cream
200g of cream cheese (Philadelphia)
50g of powdered sugar
2 spoons of milk
12g of gelatine
Divide 24 cookies and finely crush them; mix them with their melted white cream. Press onto bottom of 18 cm pan. Refrigerate while preparing filling.
Mix the cream cheese, the powdered sugar and the remaing cream of the buiscits in large bowl until well blended.
Put the gelatine in cold water for 5 minutes and then melt it in the milk.
Pour it in the cheese mixture and gently add the whipped cream and chopped cookies; spread onto crust.
Refrigerate for 4 hours.
