Yesterday it was my sister’s birthday..she asked me for a special cake to celebrate all together..
I know how much she loves chocolate and coconut, so I decided to bake this amazing white fluffy pie!
Here are the Ingredients that you need:
- 3 eggs
- 100 g of flour
- 50 g of coconut flour
- 50 g of dark chocolate
- 100 ml of milk
- 150 g of sugar
- Baking powder
- 300g of whipped cream
- Coconut flour as much as you wish
Start by cover the 18 cm baking pan with foil and preheat the oven to 180°C.
For the cake, beat in the eggs and the sugar until light, pale and fluffy.
Now add the flour and the coconut flour. Melt the chocolate in the milk and pour it in the mixture. Finally add the baking powder mixing with a spoon until you get an omogeneus compound and pour it in the baking pan.
Bake the cake in a convection oven for about 40 minutes. Remember to cool the cake in the tin before turning into out.
When completely cooled down cover the cake with whipped cream and coconut powder.
