I made a chocolate cake before with peaches.. this morning I wanted to try a different one with pears since with chocolate they make an excellent combination.
It is definitely true: pears and chocolate go so well together 😉
It is very ngredients:
- 3 eggs
- 80gr of flour
- 60gr of corn flour
- 100gr of sugar
- 200gr of dark chocolate
- 90ml of milk
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 5 pears in syrup
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
For the cake, beat in the eggs and the sugar until light, pale and fluffy.
Now add the flours and half of the milk. Melt the chocolate in the milk left and pour it in the mixture when cooled. Finally add the baking powder mixing with a spoon until you get an omogeneus compound and pour it in the tin. If you want you can also add pieces of pears directly in the mixture.
Slice 4 pears and decorate the surface of the pie.
Bake the cake in a convection oven for 40 miutes. Remember to cool the cake in the tin before turning into out.
