I tried once the coconut biscuits but this time I decided to bake these coconut balls using just the white of the eggs.
They are delicious, low calories and they are ready in 10 minutes. You just need 150g of coconut flour, 100g of sugar and two white eggs.
After mixing the white eggs and sugar you will get a bloated mixture and at this point you can add the coconut flour.
Bake them at 180°C for 15 minutes and enjoy your biscuits with a cup of tea.
