Valentine’s cake β€πŸ“

Valentine’s day is the time to celebrate romance and love and this cake is the perfect sweet for your sweetheart.

RECIPE  (Ricetta in Italiano sotto)

INGREDIENTS

  • 250g of strawberry yogurt
  • 150g of sugar
  • 50g of butter
  • 250g of flour
  • 1 pck of baking powder (16g)
  • 3 eggs
  • 300g of strawberry
  • 100g of dark chocolate

PREPARATION

  1. Beat in the eggs and the sugar until light, pale and fluffy.
  2. Now add the yogurt and the melt butter and mix together. 
  3. Add the flour and the baking powder mixing with a spoon until you get an omogeneus compound. 
  4. Pour in the mixture the sliced strawberries.
  5. Pour the dough in a grease baking tin.
  6. Bake the cake in a convection oven for 40 minutes. Remember to cool the cake in the tin before turning into out.  
  7. Melt the chocolate to make the ganache and cover the surface of the cake.
  8. Decorate with strawberries.

RICETTA

INGREDIENTI

  • 2 yogurt alla fragola (250g)
  • 150g di zucchero
  • 50g di burro
  • 250g di farina
  • 1 bustina di lievito per dolci
  • 3 uova
  • 300g di fragole
  • 100g di cioccolato fondente


PREPARAZIONE

  1. Montate le uova con lo zucchero fino ad ottenere un composto chiaro e spumoso.
  2. Unite lo yogurt alla fragola e il burro fuso.
  3. Aggiungete la farina e infine il lievito continuando a mescolare.
  4. Tagliate a pezzettini le fragole e mettetele nel composto amalgamando il tutto.
  5. Versate l’impasto in una tortiera che avrete in precedenza imburrato.
  6. Cuocete la vostra torta in forno preriscaldato a 180Β°C per 40 minuti.
  7. Fondete il cioccolato e versatelo sulla superficie della torta quando torta si sarΓ  raffreddata.
  8. Decorate con fragole a piacere.
