Strawberry cake with cream πŸ°

RECIPE  (Ricetta in Italiano sotto)

INGREDIENTS

  • 125g of natural yogurt
  • 150g of sugar
  • 100g of butter
  • 300g of flour
  • 1 pck of baking powder (16g)
  • 3 eggs
  • 250g of strawberry
  • 100g of whipped cream + strawberries

PREPARATION

  1. Beat in the eggs and the sugar until light, pale and fluffy.
  2. Now add the yogurt and the melt butter and mix together. 
  3. Add the flour and the baking powder mixing with a spoon until you get an omogeneus compound. 
  4. Pour in the mixture the chopped strawberries.
  5. Pour the dough in a grease baking tin.
  6. Bake the cake in a convection oven for 40 minutes at 180C. Remember to cool the cake in the tin before turning into out.
  7. Decorate with strawberries and whipped cream.

RICETTA

INGREDIENTI

  • 1 yogurt bianco (125g)
  • 150g di zucchero
  • 100g di burro
  • 300g di farina
  • 1 bustina di lievito per dolci
  • 3 uova
  • 250g di fragole
  • 100g di panna montata + fragole


PREPARAZIONE

  1. Montate le uova con lo zucchero fino ad ottenere un composto chiaro e spumoso.
  2. Unite lo yogurt e il burro fuso.
  3. Aggiungete la farina e infine il lievito continuando a mescolare.
  4. Frullate le fragole e mettetele nel composto amalgamando il tutto.
  5. Versate l’impasto in una tortiera che avrete in precedenza imburrato.
  6. Cuocete la vostra torta in forno preriscaldato a 180Β°C per 40 minuti.
  7. Decorate con panna e fragole la superficie della torta quando si sarΓ  raffreddata.
